Zonky Plonky started life in Cairns in 1998 as an offshoot from our Tshirt and Clothing company to fill a desperate need for specialist and alternative greeting cards and gifts. Now located in the funky caf� and boutique precinct of Grafton Street in Cairns city centre we have evolved considerably over the years. In keeping with our personal ideologies we have grown to include and favour Fair Trade products and fashion where possible with the addition of Australian Made. A personal passion for quality candles, room fragrance and soap led to the creation of our own brand - House Of Mojo - in 2007. Today we stock it exclusively in Zonky Plonky, and strive to grow and improve our products and range. We also offer a refill service for our Soy Container candles, which is not only environmentally responsible but is incredibly economical for you the customer! Whilst Zonky Plonky is not yet exclusively Fair Trade, we remain passionate about supporting those who strive to make a better life for themselves and their communities either through Fair Trade practices or by choosing to create products that are being ethically and sustainably made. Australian designers, too, have a lot to contribute with their own flair and style and we are proud to be able to carry some of their products such as the Anna Hulm clothing label.
