I purchased a voucher from a fundraising event for these girls under the assumption I could use it for my wedding day. I had to call them countless times to get an appointment and at no time did they tell me I couldn't use the voucher for my wedding day. Three weeks before my wedding they told me they had double-booked me and had arranged a fill-in, and that the voucher was not for a wedding package only after my friend made a complaint. I found them unprofessional to deal with, they had no enthusiasm in honouring the voucher and showed no empathy or care factor in relation to the stress they caused me in relation to planning my wedding. The business is run by young people who clearly have no idea how to communicate with or treat customers, give good service or follow through with charitable donations. Not a business I think anyone in the community should support.

The staff there are so attentive, professional and friendly. Honestly the best foils and cut I have ever had. I absolutely loved the whole experience, especially my free brow wax and the delicious cappuccino and cookie. I just can't wait for my facial next week!! Thank you so much!!
