the owner or manager is rude when I complaint that my massues is not qualified to do the job, I been working as supervisor in the spa and I knew and feel the touch of qualified therapist. I told her when i finished earlier my massage that I believe the therapist who take care of me is not qualified she cannot speak english nor hard to understand my request for foot massage. The owner or manager told me Iam the only one who give her a complain. She offered me iniatially a refund money little bit when I get up in bed and my patner ask me how my massage when he turn up in the counter so I told him Iam not happy about it but the lady owner was not happy to hear my opinion and show her face quite intimidating pushing back to me Its me who just complaining. Some ceriticate displayed in the shop are overseas so we dont know. Just a cautious reminder to double check. if it happen you experience the same.

Being very new to the region - I had to find out where all the good places are and that included a new hairdresser. I had been recommended to The Place and from the moment I walked in the front door to enquire about an appointment to the actual appointment with Tegan - it was such a welcoming friendly salon with such lovely and talented stylists! All the staff made me feel so welcome and it was a really lovely experience.
