After reading some of the reviews I was a bit hesitant to bring my Jeep here. However my experience was really great. I was able to be dropped off and picked up. Jordan the driver/spare parts employee was so polite and a pleasure to talk with, not to mention a very safe driver. Jacob was very attentive and kept me informed re how the service was going and what actually was involved with the service. The front desk girls were awesome and had no issues with sorting out my "missing" log book and the mechanics appear to have done a thorough job and found my logbook!
What more can you ask for? I might add, Im from Melbourne, and the service here this time was better than home.
Dodgey, don’t go here. These guys used to be my regulars mechanic until they took me for a ride because I’m a female and my rego was due within a short time frame. They gave me an obscene list of things that needed to be fixed 3.5k and told me that they had used a special machine and everything had been documented so it was all recorded with RMS and had to be fixed. I’ve always had my car serviced and looked after it, it had low kms so didn’t make sense to me. I took it for a second consult, with the list of “documented issues” and the other mechanic cost $400 to pass rego and couldn’t find some of the “issues” documented. He asked me who gave me this quote and then told me that this situation made sense and first choice mechanical are known amongst other mechanics to be dodgey. Steer clear. Really upsetting after being a loyal customer and that due to gender I was taken for a ride for a quick bucK
