I am very impressed with the service from Kent's. We live on Maggie and a very old door locked accidentally to which we don't have a key. He helped make a very helpful suggestion and then after I sent him some photos he offered to lend me a set of older style keys to take back to Maggie with me. The first key worked. He delivered the keys to me- I am not an existing customer, nor does he know me. What superb service. Thanks so much Kent - I can now wash our clothes. Jill fr Maggie Is.

Great customer service and smile each time we go to Mister minute, he can do almost everything from repairing shoes to cutting keys he is the man. Engraving is also one of his specialities and very neat hand. I think he could repair just about anything great service and help with even better price.
