The Gaudry is a restaurant and bar located in Lithgow, New South Wales, Australia. It is known for its modern Australian cuisine, its extensive wine list, and its live music. Refurbished in January 2019, locally owned and operated by Heath Smith, and Boston the Pub Pug, the Victoria Bathurst offers something for the whole crew. She’s an old pub, with old pub features, yet with a modern touch that’s not hell bent on being a smug hipster hangout. In either of the dining rooms and in the front bar, the walls are adorned in imagery conjured up by local artists. Smug hipsters are actually welcome. Karen’s are not. The Victoria is part-pub, restaurant, gallery, live music venue & boutique hotel. Each section of The Victoria has its own distinct style.
