Refurbished in January 2019, locally owned and operated by Heath Smith, and Boston the Pub Pug, the Victoria Bathurst offers something for the whole crew. The Gaudry is a restaurant and bar located in Lithgow, New South Wales, Australia. It is known for its modern Australian cuisine, its extensive wine list, and its live music.
