We recently needed to have our old ceiling mounted dual cycle airconditioner replaced. We contacted Soaps Electrical for a quote and could not be happier with the service we received from quotation to final installation of our Daikin system. Matt is absolutely brilliant. We had a safety switch trip in our meter box. Matt talked me through a process to isolate the problem myself, saving me the cost of him coming to my place and of course saving himself the time in dealing with what was a simple problem to isolate. Had it been a more serious problem I couldn’t deal with myself Matt undertook to get someone out to my place promptly. To me this represents honesty and a fabulous customer service ethic. You can’t hope for better than that in my opinion.
