Have used Blacks previously over the years. Very prompt and professional. They replaced my 15 year old oven element, along with replacing my old Fluro oyster light and Fluro batten lights with new LED's. Drew works quickly and knows his stuff. Very good with preparing the quote and installation was overall went very well, although the of finishing of the rails for the solar panels was not quite as I would have expected. There are bits of rail sticking out. Pricing was a little high. Very disappointed with after sales communication and service. Basically we felt dropped like a red hot brick! They certainly don't follow through as they say in their promotion material.
