I have always had great service. Jobs have always been professional and within reasonable time frame. Rates have always been good and not unreasonable. The staff courteous and accommodating with problems.

Today we had the pleasure of having an electrical problem luckily the amazing Tenesha came to our rescue. Tenesha went above and beyond to solve our problem. Tenesha's amazing professionalism, kindness, explaining everything so I could understand. Tenesha is not only a lovely friendly woman but also an amazing technician. Good selection of items, very knowledgeable staff and good prices.

Very good with preparing the quote and installation was overall went very well, although the of finishing of the rails for the solar panels was not quite as I would have expected. There are bits of rail sticking out. Pricing was a little high. Very disappointed with after sales communication and service. Basically we felt dropped like a red hot brick! They certainly don't follow through as they say in their promotion material.
