John was recommended to us by King Furniture, our sofa manufacturer. Our beautiful large fabric sofa was soiled with 9 years of grime. John was here within a week. We thought it would be done with a steam cleaner but he cleaned it all by hand. He vacuumed the whole sofa first then meticulously cleaned each cushion and the frame.
