Amazing experience! Such a lovely man who so willingly helped me when my cat ripped into my synthetic leather bag - he straight away offered to help regardless of it being vinyl. I honestly thought the bag wouldn’t be able to be fixed and yet he worked his magic and it looks great. 10/10 would go back and highly recommend for amazing service and product! 🙏🙏
