I talked to Lachlan and even though he was clear out in Nimbin he assured me he would stop by in the afternoon (it was nearly noon when I called). Lachlan showed up about 3:30. After troubleshooting the unit Lachlan informed me what the problems were and and fixed the unit. Wrapped in courtesy, knowledge and integrity, this is one Christmas gift I am keeping.
