Very poor service from this company. We purchased a Lopi Flushwood Medium in 2017 and unfortunately by August 2019 the fan was making screeching noises. We we were asked to record the noise and send it to Lopi. Initially our communication between Manning Mowers and Lopi seemed good but slowed down over the summer months. Eventually, after many phone calls with promises to return calls and mis-communication between the parties involved theyagreed that they would supply a new fan if we paid for the installation. This happened on the 25th May 2020 and the fan started squeaking some 20 minutes after starting up. The Installer called the following day to collect the old fan and agreed to discuss the noise with Manning Mowers. We heard nothing back and on 3rd June there were periods of extreme screeching from what seemed to be the opposite side. We phoned Manning Mowers on the 19th June and spoke to Josh, he agreed to contact Lopi and phone back that day. We have heard nothing since.
