At the end of the job we promptly paid in full but soon after realised some of the work had not been completed. We could not get Mr Thurgood to return to rectify this. We involved Fair Trading who could not require that he return to finish the job as he is unlicensed. However they negotiated the return of some of the money we had paid. As a result we would not recommend this business.

Like the last review I would highly recommend James to do your jobs. He is honest, with a professional work ethic. The retaining wall not quite finished yet but it is looking perfect. I would not hesitate to get James back to do more work for me. Thanks James
