Ordered mulch on the promise and was assured mulch would be there 9:30am the next morning. Staff assured me it would definitely be there at that time as we had staff there ready to spread their product. 11:30am called ozmulch and was advised that truck was loaded night before and was sitting there with load. Staff member aghast no one called me. Asked to speak to manager was advised manager would get back to me. Wasn’t until 24 hrs later manager bothered to email me with a very unsatisfying and unsatisfactory response. Mulch arrive 12:30pm, some three hours AFTER Oz mulch had guaranteed that it would arrive. Not good enough

As per the other reviews below - terrible customer service. Ordered a new garage door key, was advised they would contact me when complete, on ringing after 2 weeks they had the key sitting there the whole two weeks no call. On picking it up two of the staff told me different things - one said it would need programming and the other said it was already programmed. On looking at the garage opener it was completely different to my previous, I mentioned this they said it’s all correct. On taking the garage key home it opens someone else’s garage. On calling regarding this they kept stating I had told them the wrong address, they then quoted the ‘incorrect’ address they were given - which was my exact address. They declined to refund me the money and had no concern I now had access to someone else’s garage.

Purchased 35 ornamental pear trees for our landscaping, and they were very nice to hold them for a few months through the delays we had in the landscaping. Come delivery day, we received 3 dead trees (almost 10%). Response was 'not our problem'. A shame as they came across as a really professional nursery!
