For 3 weeks I’ve been emailing & ringing for Ian but no reply of any sort. Have spoken to Shelly twice trying to get a quote for a house & tree demolition at Brightwaters but she’s busy & Ian’s busy. The only reason I’ve given a star rating is get the chance of writing a complaint. In my last conversation with Shelly she said that Brightwaters was so far away. Hello just 20 minutes away! I don’t know where they’re going to get their next job from as it won’t be mine.

The day of the big palm challenge had arrived. Greg and the team from All Area Tree Services had arrived to do cut down, mulch and remove 8 very large palms all 20-25 years old. From the start it was apparent that the All Area Tree Services had all the right equipment. They soon proved they had to knowledge and skills to do a very professional job. It was safely and efficiently completed at a very competitive price. The only ones unhappy will be the fruits bats at Christmas. Thanks Stephen
