The day of the big palm challenge had arrived. Greg and the team from All Area Tree Services had arrived to do cut down, mulch and remove 8 very large palms all 20-25 years old. From the start it was apparent that the All Area Tree Services had all the right equipment. They soon proved they had to knowledge and skills to do a very professional job. It was safely and efficiently completed at a very competitive price. The only ones unhappy will be the fruits bats at Christmas. Thanks Stephen

Ordered mulch on the promise and was assured mulch would be there 9:30am the next morning. Staff assured me it would definitely be there at that time as we had staff there ready to spread their product. 11:30am called ozmulch and was advised that truck was loaded night before and was sitting there with load. Staff member aghast no one called me. Asked to speak to manager was advised manager would get back to me. Wasn’t until 24 hrs later manager bothered to email me with a very unsatisfying and unsatisfactory response. Mulch arrive 12:30pm, some three hours AFTER Oz mulch had guaranteed that it would arrive. Not good enough
