We had the best experience with Hoppens. Put simply they had to act fast on our behalf after the builders flooring company starting with an A ending with a S let us all down at the 11th hr due to loosing our order altogether, and not being able to deliver for weeks later. Georgie from Hoppens Cairns who bent over backwards for us got our choice of flooring ordered from Melb’ on the truck and installed to perfection in next to no time. If I could give Hoppens 10 stars I would. Now our builders are using Hoppens and given the others a deserving big “A” No pun intended.

Justin and his apprentice did everything and more in an efficient and professional manner. He came when he said he would and made every effort to ensure we were satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend him. Pity I hadn’t known he lived nearby when we moved in five years ago.
