Good product but very poor service.

The team at Coastal Designer Kitchens have delivered an excellent finish, despite taking several weeks to finish, as opposed to 3 days ;) This is expected in renovations, it happens. Living in the middle of it wasn't fun though. Despite my high stress level, they remained professional and understanding; certainly I'm not the first under-pressure client with whom they've dealt! Be sure to carefully understand everything that is not included (extra costs for you), and triple check all the plans. There are many people and emails within their team and things can get lost. For eg. We were given a microwave cupboard which we requested removed, as we don't use microwaves. We use it for a spice-shelf :) Whether within a tight budget, or for higher end finishes, Coastal Designer Kitchens are kind and friendly, and definitely recommended. They seem to genuinely want to provide a perfect finish for their clients, and it seems they deliver.

G and A are the best cabinet makers on the north coast , they are prompt and give excellent service and a top job . You will be impressed with your new kitchen and will be treated with respect - see the team today

Cant rate this organisation highly enough. From beginning to end we had the best service, the best price and the best treatment. Even when the recent warehouse fire threatened their ability to deliver, they went the extra 10 miles to ensure we got a first class product and first class result. It is highly unusual to see the great lengths to which the staff in the Coffs branch went to for these customers. Thanks Abby, Dan and Markus!
