Kitchens U Build Ballarat

A kitchen and bathroom renovation for a 30-year old home was, at first, a bit daunting. But fortunately I looked locally and discovered Realistic Kitchens. Malcolm’s long experience and professional advice resulted in a fantastic outcome. Malcolm and his crew transformed our home and within our budget. Very pleased with the result and no hesitation giving a big thanks and thumbs up.

Realistic Kitchen & Bathroom Centre

I can highly recommend Tom and his plumbing crew. He and his team were efficient and professional. Tom came to assess the job and gave valuable advice on how to fix the problem (which was a little complex) and a timeline of when he could attend. He and his team arrived on time and carried out the work with minimum of fuss. Additionally they were very kind in fixing an issue that we had previously and had not realized. We were very impressed with Ballarat Precision Plumbing.

Advanced Cabinetry well exceeded my expectations. They were very professional and very polite. Thank you, James and Michelle for making sure everything was perfect for us. I love my new kitchen. Thanks also to Joel for his amazing workmanship. Thank you too for the great works of Craig from Deco Design for our amazing splashback.

Creative Cabinetry

Luke was the handyman I called upon to tackle a multitude of tasks at my house. He skillfully filled in old light fixtures, repaired a wall damaged by my ex-husband, and efficiently installed two hose units on the exterior walls. Additionally, he successfully fixed a sliding door in my bathroom. Luke demonstrated exceptional commitment by returning after a week to sand everything once the plaster had set. He went above and beyond by patching the larger hole in the light fixture (which was initially caused by an electrician's error) to ensure a seamless finish. I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend Luke. His professionalism, helpfulness, and considerate nature were truly remarkable. He arrived punctually and completed the assigned tasks in a timely manner.

Darren Jolly - Darren was brilliant with his initial ideas for our ensuite renovation. He is a real professional and excellent tradesman. He is prompt, has excellent time management with a minimum of household disruption. We are absolutely thrilled with the end result which exceeded all our expectations. The quality of his work is incredible. Highly recommended.

Need a kitchen renovation?

Renovating your kitchen may feel like a daunting challenge, but with proper planning and a pinch of imagination, you can transform it into the heart of your home. In Ballarat, where the vibe is both classic and modern, the possibilities are endless.

Think about it: your kitchen is more than just a place for cooking and eating. It's the hub of family gatherings, late-night snack raids, and tea-time chats. So why not spruce it up to reflect your lifestyle?

Start with layout. If your kitchen feels cramped or inconveniently arranged, revamping its design may be just what the doctor ordered. Opt for an open-plan arrangement to create room for more flexibility.

Next on your list should be appliances and fixtures. Stainless steel and smart tech appliances are all the rage now as they offer durability mixed with cutting-edge functionality. Maybe you've got your heart set on that double-door fridge? Or perhaps those fancy chef-grade burners have been calling your name since forever?

But let's not forget about storage space! A clutter-free kitchen is a happy kitchen and clever use of cabinetry will ensure everything has its place without compromise.

Now for those final touches: splashbacks provide a stunning visual backdrop while simultaneously protecting walls from spills and splashes; benchtops also define style in ways unimaginable - think marbles for elegance or wood for rustic charm.

And what’s possibly under your nose but nevertheless often overlooked? Lighting! From spotlights over key work areas to cosy ambient lights for snug breakfast nooks - it’s these subtle details that bring warmth to life.

With these tips at hand, renovating your Ballarat kitchen won’t feel like climbing Everest anymore. Remember though, Rome wasn’t built in a day – patience during this process will pay off when you’re sipping coffee in what feels like a brand new home despite just changing one room!

In essence, revamp or renovate, make sure it reflects you... because after all, isn't variety the spice-of-life?
