Dalrymple Sheet MetalGood liaison with agent for rented property for installment. Simple kitchen, work ok as expected. Met timelines well, efficient installation. Contract did not include finishing of paintwork on adjoining walls and skirting boards and minor restoration from removal of old kitchen. Finished product looked disappointing on this basis and further cost and organisation required to complete. Extra cost of final finishing needs to be taken into account when assessing quoted contract prices. Would be advisable and more efficient to ask for finishing costs to be included in quoted work.
