A Shout out to Aidan for outstanding Customer service. He went up and above in supporting our shopping experience. Also a thank you to Nathan who also was very helpful in saving us money and explaining to us with our Telstra account. One down side was a staff member (unfortunately did not get his name) who was very unhelpful with attitude that cost the Good guys a sale of $600.
