Would NOT BUY again from this shop. Very bad attitude. We bought a Red Copper 5 minute Chef. One of the worst products we have ever purchased. It does not do what they advertise it to do on TV. It takes a LONG time for an omelette to cook. The lid bursts open, dangerous. We bought it as on TV it shows that it will fry a steak that is filled with asparagus. I does NOT FRY ANYTHING. I tried frying a small piece of meat and it just broiled, no colour and would not fry, absolutely useless. The machine switches on and off, it doesn't have enough heat to brown or cook anything properly. We tried it a few times with NO SUCCESS. The woman behind the counter refused to refund the money, said she would take it home and try it for herself tonight. The store may have a no refund policy, which by the way is not displayed in store, and they do not understand Australia Consumer Law, if a product does NOT perform the job that it was purchased for then a refund must be given.
