At first I wasn't sure what treatment I was going to do. After the first session, I went home and that night I had the best sleep ever. My mind felt so much clearer the next day. Kate was amazing and guided me step by step and I felt very comfortable. After the third session, I was a different man. I was carrying so much trauma from the past and thought I could tough it out and in my 40s they were still here and felt heavy in my life. So the treatment was definitely life changing.
