We had a great day at Big Buzz. The go karts and toboggans were the top of our favourites list. Waterslides were fun and fast! There was plenty of room for eating as well as for leaving towels and bags. The only downside was some rude and inappropriate comments by a couple of staff members directed towards our children about their abilities and the lack of enthusiasm they showed towards their job. Most staff however were friendly and helpful. Would recommend as a great family day out and will go back for more fun next year

The Y NSW Great Lakes Aquatic and Leisure CentreCrazy daisy was good at entertaining the younger kids while the time slot, but after their ‘time slot’ was over they were different people metaphorically. After their time slot was over they were mean and rude to children. My niece got yelled at by the man for simply asking for one lolly and crazy daisy was just as rude. But overall the entertainment was good.
