“I am reluctant to say how good my first appointment was with Michaela because I might find it more difficult to get an appointment in future. However, credit where credit is due. Michaela did an amazing cut and I am more than happy to recommend her. I did not think it was possible to get an appointment at such short notice with Christmas just around the corner. The salon fitted me in the next day and, as a result, there was a bit of a wait because the salon was busy. Yet they accommodated me on such short notice and I appreciated that. The staff are friendly and work like a well-oiled machine, helping each other to the benefit of their clients.”

Sophisticut Hair SalonWent in for partial foils, tone and blow dry with some light face framing, Unfortunately they were very low on staff. I was meant to be there for only two and half hours but stayed longer to get my hair redone after the wrong toner was applied to my hair making it dark brown. The two ladies who helped try and lighten to fix my hair were extremely accommodating and professional unfortunately it ended with leaving yellow hair and an ashy tone all over. These things happen but unfortunately it still cost the same leaving with this result. I’m leaving a 3 star review as these things happen though I won’t be returning.
