When you come to our retail/workshop you will be seated in the workshop while chatting with Christian and Melinda covering everything from repairing to remodelling to the bond new piece of jewellery. Being able to sit within the workshop gives you the confidence on where your jewellery is being worked on and during the time you spend with us Christian will use many of our tools to check on jewellery so you will actually see Christian work.

My late husband had given me a ring with a sapphire surrounded by tiny diamonds. The sapphire fell out (fortunately I found it) and some of the little diamonds were starting to fall out. A friend recommended Melville's so I took the ring there to be fixed. It took a bit longer than the expected time frame but worth waiting for. Still the same ring but wow, it's beautiful!

I always feel spoilt when I shop there.I went into browse and came out with some beautiful things. If your garment does not look right on you they will tell you and can usually show you an alternative. Love ❤️ that store. Last there 23/10/24
