Purchased a white sapphire for my wedding ring that chipped only 3 weeks after wearing! Josephine from the store refused to either exchange or even refund, after two jewellers had inspected the stone and said it was faulty - instead she tried to charge me for another stone, out of my own pocket. Avoid at all costs.
