I have a care plan with zamels for my engagement ring. it's 18 crt white gold, so I understand that you have to get it rhodium plated which is fine, I do find my ring requires this quite often. and the last 2 times I have got it done I was not happy. they send it away to get done and when I get it returned it still is a yellow tinge to it, I have to get it redone and it goes a tinged colour within a month again, last time I got it don't which was a couple of weeks ago I explained my wedding is coming up and I really need it done properly, they did it I got it back and could tell straight away it was still a yellow colour and still was not cleaned properly I compared it to my wedding ring and it was a noticeable yellow. I ended up having to take it to heirloome jewlers which cost me $125 to get my ring done properly. it's very annoying to have to pay for this when it is included on my plan.

These guys repaired my wedding ring quickly and hey did a great job. Will definitely use them again.
