Siracusa opened its doors as a Pizza & Pasta Café in 2013, but the dream and passion for Italian food had started 30 years prior. Nearly eight years on Siracusa has become a licensed Restaurant and Bar with a new outside Alfresco area! The dream continued with two brothers becoming chefs creating house made recipes and fresh dough daily. Priding themselves in using locally caught fresh seafood, produce and a large herb garden to enhance their recipes. As a true creative entertainer, P.P.A would write and act in plays for the communities he served. We have included drawings, songs and poems written by P.P.A in our menus and throughout the venue. A massive thank you to the entire extended Agnew family for their assistance in providing imagery from P.P.’s sketchbooks and travel diaries.
