I highly recommend Total MAC Solutions in Oakleigh VIC, my internet stopped working (both ethernet and WIFI) on my mini mac on the 17/04/2026, contacted Optus, they thought it was a old modem issue, they sent me a brand new modem, still the mini mac would not work, then i contacted Apple Technical support over the phone multiple times and they tried everything and could not fix it, then Apple Technical support sent me to the Apple Genius Bar at Apple Fountain Gate, there the Apple staff member could NOT even start the mini mac and were pretty much USELESS, i was so disappointed and in my desperation the next day i typed in GROK AI to find the best places to fix my mini mac internet problem and it referred me to Total MAC Solutions in Oakleigh, and so I called them, they were super helpful from the start. I took the mini mac in and I think within maybe less than 30 minutes they FIXED my internet (both ethernet and WIFI) connection problem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
