Popped in here today with my son's laptop. Screws missing from the base and the screen was pushing the base out of place. Lady took it out the back to 'have a look'. Came back with all the screws replaced and the hinge fixed. No charge. Awesome, awesome, awesome way to treat someone. For that they will always be my first choice for my PC issues.
