I have never had a problem with the service. On the contrary, I find it first class. I have been a member for many years, also of MotleyFool USA, and it has been invaluable for my investment activity. If you use their customer support email address they are, in my experience, 100% responsive and if you want to cancel a service just let them know a little in advance and there is no problem. I’m really surprised at the negative reviews I’m reading here. Something is not right.
I would avoid this company and their shady business practices. I did the one hour webinar Andrew offers online and found it interesting so opted for a 30 min phone consultation to get a view on what sort of education this company offers & the cost. Kelly who called was a typical junior sales person talking about how busy she is with many clients : first she asked some questions and realised that I have knowledge and do trading so not a complete dumb person who would pay them tbousands of dollars to get rich overnight! She talked for the entire 30 min and towards the end I asked her about the cost of the program a few times which she conveniently pretended not to hear and continued her repetitive stories. Our 30 min was over and I told her I need to pick up my daughter and our time is up so she needs to tell me the cost at least 4 times but she ignored me completely and continued repeating all the BS she has been giving for the past 36 minutes.
