I just the other day rang Bundaberg AMP Josh Grogan office to complain about my 20 year policy with AMP for life insurance being changed in 2011 to a non smoker. I am the policy holder and I never gave this statement to AMP as I have always smoked and paid the extra. Now since 2011 AMP have changed my policy without my permission but since 2011 the monthly payments have never lowered. This is blatant fraud and dishonesty and someone within AMP will pay for this fabricated change in my policy
