Donna is just incredible she has done many projects for me including my wedding dress and bridesmaid dress as well as doing ottomans and cushions for some clients of mine. She is just brilliant! "We were looking for a local architect to build us a house on a steep block in Buderim. In that selection process Chris suggested an initial meeting on-site to understand how we thought about the block and our initial thoughts for our requirements. We also wanted to have active involvement in the project. From that discussion we were impressed with Chris - he listened to us and had a professional and pragmatic approach to his thinking. The agreed architectural brief was for Chris to provide sketch design, detailed design and construction documentation services [for a fixed fee]. Throughout the design phases Chris provided many document versions for our comment at meetings and on-line; this process was both collaborative and very enjoyable. The end result is a house that met the brief, is easy to live in, is effectively a one-level house despite the steep site and takes advantage of the views and prevailing breezes. I follow Studio Collective on Instagram and I just love their style. Simple and modern, from contemporary to industrial.... I just love their colour palettes and their bold use of different materials. As a design team they are superb. They have given me endless ideas for our renovation and I only wish we lived in your country so you could join us as the interior designer on this project. Impressive!
