A walk through by an outside person who can give you advice on what should stay and what should go in storage, when you are presenting your home for sale and advice on what could use a new coat of paint etc. can make all the difference between a sale or just more and more people walking through saying no. I am happy to travel but my rate starts when I leave Gympie. I can also break your selections up into stages so you don't have to spend four hours selecting everything all at once which for some can get very overwhelming.
