Optimus 1 Insurance BrokersWhen my partner and I decided we were in the market for buying a block of land and building our own home, we started looking around for a broker. QPF Finance / Pacific 1 Finance was recommended to us by some close friends, and we decided to give them a call. We really wanted to find someone that could work with us throughout the purchasing and building process and to suit our unique situation. Being rural and in a higher risk zone, we thought securing a loan with a good rate without ridiculous fees would be difficult; But Greg, Caron and the team were able to where others couldn't. After speaking with Greg, I felt very confident and comfortable that we had made the right decision. Greg's customer service and knowledge of the industry was exceptional, and helped us navigate through the whole process with ease. The team at QPF Finance / Pacific 1 Finance were able to provide us with a great competitive rate and customise a deal to suit. Due to our location we were unable to meet with QPF Finance / Pacific Finance on a regular basis, but between the consistent emails and phone conversation we didn’t feel the need to. Greg and Caron guided us through every step thoroughly, and being first timers we had a lot of questions, but they continued to go above and beyond and took very good care of us. With their help we were able to structure our finances and score a solid deal with room to borrow extra if required. We would recommend Greg, Caron and the team from QPF Finance / Pacific 1 Finance if you're looking for the best rate with second to none service.
