Over the 19 years we've had dealings with The Pump House (mostly when they were located in Maleny and afterwards in Beerwah) we've met staff members of all ages and attitudes. All have been efficient but when someone comes along (admittedly with the benefit of youth on his side) bringing expertise, efficiency, a cheerful manner and a beaming smile it's time to add a review - so thank you Scotty. We found Ryan when we had to replace our hot water system. His work was so neat and he was so personable we decided to engage him for our ensuite reno. Our shower system was complex and one he had not installed before however he worked through it and the work was completed to our very high standard. Ryan is the only tradesperson (that we used on the en-suite) we be using for our next bathroom 👌
