I went to my first 9D breathwork session with Rachel. She explained everything to me in detail and made the session feel really safe and cosy. We chose a cellular renewal energy session I had no idea what to expect . I was given an eyemask and headphones, I layed on the floor with pillows and blankets and was taken on a guided playlist of relaxation and breathing techniques. I could really feel a shift in my energy levels and state of mind after the session and into the next day as well.
