You can go through a health plan with your doctor or use your extras in private health insurance or just go without a referral. It’s good to see a practitioner there and then get an exercise program you can do onsite. You can become familiar with the equipment and programs which you can then extend into other areas. They have a great exercise at home app that you can download and log into as well so that the exercise physiologist can keep you on track.
