We organised a standard residence move from the Central Coast to the Sydney area. From the first call to the actual move day, their communication and service was far better than any previous removalist experiences. The move day was a total success, but what happened afterwards was above and beyond. The following day (Saturday) we called Surfside as we needed to organise an urgent pick-up of furniture left in the Central Coast property (the purchaser decided 1 day before settlement they didn't want leftover furniture, as per our original verbal agreement). Surfside immediately came to the rescue and organised 2 removalists to pick up and dispose of 4 tonnes worth of contents. If it wasn't for Surfside, we would have been forced to delay settlement, with hefty penalties imposed. We cannot thank Surfside and their staff enough for their amazing customer service, professionalism and can do attitude. We would highly and strongly recommend them to anyone needing removalists.
