Arkrite RemovalsI was booked for Friday, due to issues with a previous move they did not show. As a result I had to do car loads myself - my petrol cost. They changed my move to Saturday. My cleaners were booked for Saturday, so they had to move to Sunday, resulting in an additional $100 cost to me. I booked a 40 cubic metre truck, this wasn't delivered, the smaller truck resulted in 2 trips instead of 1 (extra time and cost to me). I was overpriced above their given hourly rate and had to push for a reduction, that still did not cover my additional costs, stress and inconvenience. In my case, their business name definitely did not match my experience.
