What a great pub and unbelievable food. Ross Island Hotel make the best reef and beef I've ever had in Townsville. They have now ruined it for me in having it anywhere else. Great service and friendly staff. Thank you for a great feed and a great night

Ross Island HotelYou guys are just great! The restaurant staff remember what you are drinking, all the staff are friendly and helpful! To top it up off, I call them for a wake up call as my phone was going flat and the night staff personally deliver a phone charger! best customer service I have experienced! Thanks, you really helped me out!
