Rooms recently refurbished with tasteful tiling, a modern bathroom and serviceable carpet. Access to a central grassed courtyard was appealing and the restaurant-dining area was well appointed and staff were helpful and obliging. The exterior appearance of the motel is equally appealing. Bruce

Am staying here right now, writing this on the beautiful balcony. What a delightful surprise was this find. Beautiful rooms, well maintained, view to die for. Everything is excellent. Can highly recommend this place.

Enjoyed the salt and pepper squid and the snitties are the best, too. I try to go there at least once a week - the food is that good. Always goes down well with a schooner of beer. Oh yeah and the desserts are awesome! I can't wait to try everything on the menu! Andrew

My wife & I booked at the Bull N Bush at Medowie as we were attending a relative's 80th Birthday party & thought we'd be able to get a cab to the venue. when we arrived we found a clean, well presented pub & rooms. When we asked what the local taxi phone number was we were told there wasn't one. The lady taking our booking, along with one of the male staff said "not to worry, we'll organise something". As it turned out, it was a local who was in the pub having a beer who gave us a lift, though one of the staff was happy to do so. We had dinner at the bistro that evening & found the menu quite extensive & found the meal excellent. Our room was clean, comfortable & had recently been renovated. The bathroom was compact, but the design of the shower recess didn't take up the space you often encounter. To sum up; Room was very good; Pub pleasant atmosphere & friendly people; Staff; Couldn't get better!!! AAA+ We'd go again!
