Felt very welcome from moment we walked in. Clean rooms quiet and fantastic views. Was convenient to have resturant on site and really enjoyed the breakfast.

I would definitely come back here. The staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. The car park had easy but secure access and the location was perfect with the man made lagoon just opposite. There is plenty of food and shopping options near by. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. It was also nicely laid out and the balcony provided a great place for drinks and to watch the nightly Bat migration. The lack of an exhaust fan in the small bathroom was a disappointment as was the water pressure and temperature in the shower. The rooms offer a safe and safe keys had to be hired. Most motels supply self setting combination safes for your belongings.

I traveled to Cairns with a friend and stayed at Cairns Plaza for 2 nights. It was beyond our expectations. This hotel is in a nice location and close to seaside. The staff are kind and helpful and room is tidy and comfortable.

A very nice location just on the water and walking distance to shops, restaurants and all water activities. The staff at the hotel are very helpful our room was well equipped and serviced daily. They even upgraded our room which was great. We had a fantastic water and city view. The hotel was away from the main drag so was a bit quieter. Lovely cafes at your doorstep
