The food here is always amazing and great, and the staff are very friendly. They have a large wine list, a fun atmosphere, and the drinks are cheap. You don’t have to wait long to get served, and they’re great for value.

Palm and Pawn HotelGreat food in generous portions, reasonably priced. Prompt and courteous service. I ordered a porterhouse steak meal, medium rare. I received a porterhouse steak perfectly cooked, medium rare. I also received well cooked chips to fill the plate, and a separate bowl full of nicely roasted seasonal veg (potato, pumpkin, carrot), including a kind of crisped broccolini that was perfect as a nice touch. Very impressed at this quiet achievement gem.
