At the economy end of business sales, we did not expect Gold Plated service, but we did feel we were entitled to some service. We had one introduction of a prospective buyer several weeks after listing, then minimal follow up. After this.....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! The listing we received on their website was amateur at best and did nothing whatsoever to entice a prospective buyer. Not only was it difficult to find and not as widely listed as promised, it also contained factual and typographic errors. Despite submitting numerous commercial quality images of various aspects of our business, the 'lead' image was a stock shot, that served only to diminish the attributes of our business. Communication with this business is like pulling teeth. Leave numerous messages over several weeks and get silence in return. Have a meeting with the Principals of the company and secure an agreement for an acceptable level of communication and professionalism from them, then have it promptly ignored the momen
