Jen Hamilton has been teaching Yoga in Cairns northern beaches region for over 15 years. She has training in both Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga and has drawn from many styles and teachers to form a enjoyable and popular style unique to her. Jen's approach is non serious and playful, combining enjoyment with precise instruction, working intelligently with joint alignment, core strength, stability and flexibility. Yorkeys Yoga is a Yoga studio situated along the Yorkeys Knob shops (north of Cairns) offering a wide range of Yoga styles to suit every body and need.
