Your body will gently go places it could not during a yoga class or solitary stretching. Like Yoga, it uses the breath to access deeper layers of your body & mind for healing & toning. Working with 10 main energy lines & the primary acupressure points on these lines makes it possible to treat a whole range of imbalances resulting from disturbances in the flow of Prana(energy).
