The practises of Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation are taught in a safe, friendly and open manner with no religious bias or preferences. These practises are taught in the traditional classical yoga form. After spending time in our community and with our clients, we've found that there's a need for real change on a very personal level. Most of all, our clients need to get back to really looking after themselves. The first step in lifestyle rehabilitation is to start really caring for yourself. We have many ways to help you do that. Lots of our clients start with simple exercise programs like water therapy to help them get moving again in a safe, pain-free environment. This might be followed by adjustments to their diet to improve their gut and emotional health, relaxation classes to reduce stress and personal counselling sessions called, "Talk Time", to give them an opportunity to talk about any unresolved issues.
